Design-and-build gives you the freedom of deciding what's best for your new dream home while being guided by a team of professionals every step of the way. Our approach to design and build is flexible and hands on. Our Architectural designer will talk with you to understand your ideal scenario, then we will come up with an original concept designed around you to suit your lifestyle and budget.

ESTABLISH A
BUDGET

If you do not already have a Bank Manager that is experienced in Build Lending or you feel you want a second opinion Emandee can recommend some very savvy Lending Managers and Brokers depending on your situation.

We can guide you through this and can be done in the comfort of your own home or here with us in our Show home/Office.

CHOOSE YOUR PERFECT PIECE OF LAND

Emandee can help you choose the right piece of land depending on your budget and can assist with the entire purchase process.

Or if you have already found the land then we can advise how to best utilise it or advise if there are any specific things to look out for prior to purchasing land.

DESIGN YOUR
DREAM HOME

Once we have the right piece of land and a budget, you will work closely with our in-house design team to design a bespoke home or simply pick one of our thoughtfully pre-designed homes.

Along with design, you will work through specifications to really put your own touch on your home.

SIGN CONTRACTS

Once you have finalised Design and Specification Emandee Homes will provide you with a Master Builders Fixed Price Contract.

After seeking legal advice it’s time to sign on the dotted line!

SIT BACK AND
WATCH YOUR HOME BEING BUILT

Now relax – it’s time for Emandee to Build your new home. An average build of 175m2 of standard construction takes approximately 12 months from signed contracts to Code of Compliance.

You will be involved throughout the build with an online portal keeping you in the loop every step of the way.
